Lukáš Vácha

The delicatessen meals have been prepared for you by the Chef of Pálffy Palace restaurant Lukáš Vácha. In 1998 he took the position of the chef and has participated in the professional services of this luxury restaurant belonging to the most sought places on Prague gastronomic map for the past few years.

The menu of the restaurant is a combination of international cuisine; it is noted for quality goods and regarded highly amongst Czech as well as international clientele. Amongst celebrities who enjoyed the artistry of Lukáš Vácha was for instance Madonna who had dinner at Pálffy Palace during her stay in Prague. In 2007 Lukáš won the gold medal for culinary artistry in Kladno and silver medal for gastronomic artistry in Austria.
